Pandora Italia Outlet annuncia oggi che la Società ha stipulato un accordo per l'acquisizione di City Time S.L. (City Time), che detiene i diritti di distribuzione dei gioielli PANDORA in Spagna, a Gibilterra e ad Andorra. L'acquisizione segue l'acquisizione della distribuzione in Belgio e Sud Africa all'inizio dell'anno ed è coerente con l'intento strategico di PANDORA di aumentare il controllo del marchio PANDORA e rafforzare l'impronta al dettaglio di proprietà e gestione.
"Prendendo in consegna la distribuzione dei gioielli PANDORA in Spagna, otteniamo l'accesso diretto a uno dei più grandi mercati di gioielleria in Europa. Il nostro partner spagnolo ha fatto un enorme lavoro nel creare una forte rete di negozi nel paese. L'acquisizione è in linea con il nostro intento strategico di rilevare la distribuzione e ci consente di ottenere il pieno controllo della rete in Spagna e realizzare il pieno potenziale del nostro marchio in questo mercato promettente ", afferma Anders Colding Friis, CEO di Orecchini Pandora.
Pandora Disney Prezzi pagherà ai proprietari di City Time un importo totale di circa 110 milioni di EUR (circa 820 milioni di DKK) per il 100% del capitale azionario in City Time. Il pagamento multiplo (EV / EBITDA) è in linea con il prezzo pagato relativo alle precedenti acquisizioni di distributori di PANDORA.
Con l'acquisizione, Charm Pandora Italia acquisirà il pieno controllo dei diritti di distribuzione dei gioielli PANDORA in Spagna, a Gibilterra e ad Andorra, oltre a un assetto pienamente operativo in Spagna, tra cui un ufficio regionale e un centro di distribuzione a Madrid e circa 500 dipendenti. L'accordo è soggetto a determinate condizioni da soddisfare. La transazione dovrebbe essere finalizzata durante il quarto trimestre 2017.

Nike Says Its $250 Running Shoes Will Make You Run Much Faster.
If a running shoe made you 25 percent faster, would it be fair to wear it in a race? What about 10 percent? Or 2 percent? Nike Shoes Outlet Clearance Australia — a bouncy, expensive shoe released to the public one year ago — raises these questions like no shoe in recent distance running history.
