Following yesterday's preview of an adidas superstar 80s created with Futurecraft technology, we're now learning more about the details and release plans for the innovative sneaker.They were the perfect nod to the year’s biggest trends: gender fluidity, normcore, and the ‘70s. For another, Adidas was smart enough to fan the flames on the reignited interest in the Superstar, while giving the trend room to breathe. They partnered with Pharrell, a fashion insider himself, and released the shoe in 50 different shades. A limited-edition Made-in-France version of the shell toe was also released. It was a sneaker purist’s dream.
The adidas superstar 80s womens has received a handful of makeovers this year most notably highlighted by the Primeknit version. Today we see yet another new version of the classic silhouette.Presenting the adidas Superstar Vulc ADV. This modified shell-toe comes with the classic black and white color setup. White leather takes over the majority of the upper with Black Sprintskin covering the Three Stripes branding, the heel tab and the tongue label. Other notable differences include a slimmed down vulcanized sole and an Adiprene+ cushion insert for added comfortability.
adidas superstar ii keeps rolling out more releases for NBA All-Star Weekend in Toronto, from Feb. 12-14. Next up is the Adidas Originals Primeknit Glow-in-the-Dark Pack, which includes the Tubular X and the classic Superstar.A new colorway of the adidas Originals Superstar Adicolor is now available and this one is as bright as the sun. Coming in an all-yellow motif, today we get an on-feet look at the adidas Originals Superstar Adicolor Yellow.The shoe comes dressed in a premium leather construction with perforation holes placed all across the shoe to give it some added breathability. The shell toe, sole unit, laces, lining and branding also come in a tonal offering to complete the monochromatic look of the shoe.
