The ‘Uncaged’ concept on this latest adidas ultra boost white Adidas release stems from consumers worldwide physically ‘hacking’ the original Ultra Boost silhouette, cutting off the external cage in order to create something brand new. Adidas have reacted to the trend with this latest iteration of the Ultra Boost, evolving it into it’s latest form to further blur the lines between fashion and performance
The primeknit adidas ultra boost uncaged on the ultra boost uncaged model felt a lot nicer on my feet than the normal model. I found that the ultra boost uncaged model felt more like a sock rather than a mesh type material. The ultra boost uncaged version also has a sock like part where you put your foot into the shoe rather than the more traditional shoe. This along with the padded ankle stopped my foot from slipping and moving about in the shoe whilst running at quicker speeds.
This shoe develops adidas ultra boost grey upon that sensation, and masterfully improves it. This Uncaged shoe feels [and almost looks] like a sock, into which the foot just gently sinks. It’s seamless, with no tongue or abrasive labels to agitate the foot, and has been adapted from ‘track athlete’ foot technology to provide more support. That allows for plenty of movement in the front of the foot but still has the rigid brace to keep your foot locked in place at the back.
adidas is back again with another adidas ultra boost black UltraBOOST that you will need. Late last year, we got the first ‘Triple Black’ UB and it was one of the hottest releases of the year, and then we got the 2.0 version back in March. This next pair gets the same make up with black taking over the shoe, but some new added touches separate this pair from the others. This next ‘Triple Black’ UltraBOOST gets a rough matte finish on the heel counter that sets the shoe off. If you’ve got the first two pairs then you’re rotation definitely needs these to complete the ‘Triple Black’ Trifecta.
