The Adidas Superstar Shoes Sale joins the celebration of this summer’s Olympic games with a special colorway paying homage to the host city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The colorway takes inspiration from the colors found around the seaside city, with a white leather upper, deep blue graphic accents, and a sandy tan speckled sole unit. Surfboard and skateboard illustrations are found on each heel, while a tiled graphic on the right shoe’s insole finishes off the tropical Rio theme. The adidas Superstar “Rio” will release exclusively at the adidas Originals store in Rio de Janeiro.

The forever iconic shelltoe sneaker is presented in two extremely tasteful premium looks, featuring a high-quality leather upper in black or white with tonal nubuck for the heeltabs and sidestripes. The duo of impressive Superstars are each completed with lasered adidas trefoil logos on the tongues. The size? exclusive Superstar 80s will be available at in-store and online this Friday, September 9th.

This women’s Superstar Metal Toe “Copper” is arriving now at international retailers, so expect them soon here in the US.

The Adidas Ultra Boost White features that 3.0 updated Primeknit in black to match the three stripe cage overlay while the heel support gets a unique rainbow pattern. Check out a better look below and know that there will be more details to come in the future. We’ve seen Nike do so through their ongoing “Be True” releases featuring rainbow colored accents on some of their more relevant models, and adidas even joined the effort with their popular adidas Stan Smith and adidas Superstar retro silhouettes featuring rainbow paint speckles with a portion of proceeds going to benefit New Avenues for Youth. The three stripes will continue that effort with an upcoming adidas Ultra Boost LGBT slated to release in May 2017 to help usher in LGBT Pride Month come June.
