Conclusions
I debated Nike Free Run 5.0 Sko Salg Billige for quite awhile whether or not I would purchase the RC5000. First, the $125 price tag seemed excessive for a shoe that might not prove to be very durable (anyone have a lot of miles on these yet?). Second, I often find that flats are too narrow in the forefoot for my taste, and Running Warehouse describes the forefoot as narrow to medium. However, after asking about the shoe on Facebook, I was told by a few people I respect that the forefoot is actually pretty roomy, and I was able to get a pair for a decent price so I took the plunge and bought it (this was a personal purchase, not a media sample).
They also feel great on longer, slower runs, and for heel strikers or those who tend to have form breakdowns late in a race the heel cushion is ample. This is the kind  of shoe that could be worn by a lot of different runners with very different styles and body types. Iâd go so far as to say itâs a great starting shoe for a new runner â light, simple, and plenty of protection (Iâm not a big believer in expensive, techy shoes with lots of stuff shoved into the sole). Iâd rank it right up there with the Saucony Kinvara in terms of versatility.
Letâs dig into the details. Upper Iâm going to assume based on what Golden told me that the upper will be structurally similar in the production model (seems to be the case based on the above images). Itâs a minimal upper, very few overlays, and relatively thin in construction. The material is very soft and pliable, not that plasticy material that a lot of brands are using these days (and that seems to often tear at flex points near the forefoot).
Altra The One2 StoneThe deep flex grooves in the sole of the One2 make for an enjoyable ride for me. The shoe is both longitudinally and torsionally flexible, and gone is the slab-like feel of many of the other Altra shoes I have tried. The New Balance 1500 is a shoe that has kind of flown under the radar since its release. Iâve not heard a lot of chatter about it, but those I know who have tried it have generally had good things to say. Given my affinity for low-profile racing shoes, I decided to buy a pair and see what theyâre all about â Iâm glad that I di Adidas ZX Flux Sko Billige Udsalg d as the 1500 is a pretty simple yet functional shoe.
