NW-2-5 Error is the type of error that prevents the device of the user from connecting to Netflix. These errors mostly occur in smart TV, PS4, and XBOX. Users have reported that these issues arise not on all devices but some specific devices. It becomes annoying when you don’t have any way to resolve this problem.

Check the Internet Connectivity
1. Ensure that Netflix is blocked intentionally.
2. Cellular data or satellite internet has slow speed in comparison to Cable Internet or DSL.

5. Start the home network. Turn off the router, and after a few seconds, turn it on to check the web.
