Vans Era For Sale
The Vans Era “Premium Leather” pack highlights high grade leather in black and white color variations heightened by padded tongues and collars all over a rubber vulcanized outsole. Tonal laces and branding on the hang tag and rear finish each look, respectively. Much like the Vans Era Womens “Suede” Pack, this release might be among the best in recent memory as far as the Era is concerned.
The Vans Era Mens Creme comes constructed out of a canvas upper. Joining the canvas base is the tan leather noted on the tongue and heel tab. Other features on the shoe include the metal eyelets, the White rope laces and the White vulcanized rubber midsole.
Perpetually found on the Slip-On, the iconic checkerboard motif has been no stranger to many other Vans silhouettes throughout the years. Among the most common models with appearances of the bold
pattern: the Vans Era For Sale. And that’s the model we see here today, presented in premium ‘OG’ specs (with a slightly thicker midsole and leather padding around the collar and on the sockliner) and decked out in fully checkered canvas uppers in blue and yellow colorways.
OG Supreme affiliate, ****ing Awesome head, and long-time Vans collaborator Jason Dill has joined forces with the California-based brand once again to assist with the launch of their Vans Era Discount line. Consisting of the Sk8-Hi Pro, Old Skool Pro, and Slip-On Pro, the line modernizes the classic silhouettes by adding UltraCush HD midsoles, Pro Vulc construction and Duracap rubber reinforcements for a reinforced last. All three sneakers come dressed in whimsical colorways of Vans’ classic check pattern, providing a blend of new-age skate technology and the classic look that Vans has become known and loved the world over for.
The Vans Era Cheap has always shifted quite flawlessly between casual and a more dressed-up style. While we’ve seen a Suede Pack dealing with this particular silhouette from the legendary skate brand before, deciding which of the three buttery suede renditions atop classic gum bottoms should be a difficult task. Available in a soft salmon, grey, or dark navy, the Vans Era 59 gets premium leather tags and tortoise shell eyelets as the heel collar gets a snakeskin texture.
